Instructions: In order for us to post your Poems, you must print out this release, fill it out and mail it to:

If you have already copyrighted the Poems, please indicate the exact name of the Copyright holder and date of the Copyright. (for example, Copyright 2003 by Jane Doe)  If the Poem is Copyrighted by a Publisher other than yourself, we need permission from the Publisher. Have them send their permission on their letterhead to the address above. You have 3 months to Register a Copyright  from the time a work is published.  If you Register after we post your Poem(s), please let us know and we will add the Copyright notice to your work.  (For Forms & instructions on Copyrighting a Poem, Click HERE.  Click on the Links to Form TX & Form TX instructions)  We prefer that you have your work Copyrighted.

Do not mail us your Poems ... you will submit your Poems in Step 3.  You can submit them before you mail us the release, but they won't get posted until we receive the release.
